Hey, Stephen here.
I first discovered ChatGPT in late 2022. It didn’t take long for me to get through the waitlist.
At that time, I treated it like a shiny new tech toy — I had no idea how to integrate it into my workflow.
Fast forward to 2025, and I can’t work without AI now.
Alongside various AI tools, I now even use software to manage my prompts.
Here are my humble and simple views of AI trends:
I no longer treat AI as a tool — it’s my work partner. Shifting this mindset reveals AI’s full potential.
Agentic AI is on the horizon. Today’s generative AI lacks the ability to autonomously make decisions or achieve goals with minimal human input. Agentic AI — and multi-agent systems — will go even further.
AI won’t replace people yet, but those who master it will replace those who don’t.
Future companies will have fewer employees, as they realize that AI agents are easier to manage. Managing people is messy. Period.
Bottom line:
AI is inevitable.
It will permeate every aspect of life and become a must-learn skill for the next generation, just as we had to learn Microsoft Word in the ’90s.
